At MEKA JEWEL, we strive to provide high-quality handmade jewelry. However, if you need to return a product, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns for damaged products must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.

• For any other reason, a refund will be processed after deducting the delivery charges.

• For product replacement, no additional charges will be applied.

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact for a successful return.

• Returns and refunds will not be applicable for customized or personalized jewelry items unless they arrive damaged.

2. Return Process

• To initiate a return, please contact us via email at astrologyeducation1@gmail.com or WhatsApp support.

• Provide your order details and attach relevant photos if the product is damaged.

• Once approved, we will provide further instructions for the return.

• The customer is responsible for safely packaging the return item to avoid further damage during transit.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued only after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

• Delivery charges will be deducted for non-damaged returns.

• If the return request is approved but the product is not returned in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

4. Replacement Policy

• If you opt for a replacement of a damaged product, we will send the replacement at no extra cost.

• The replacement request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

• If the requested replacement item is out of stock, we will offer an exchange for another product of equal value or a refund as per the policy.

5. Exceptions

• No returns or refunds will be accepted for products purchased during clearance sales, special discounts, or promotional offers.

• Earrings and other hygiene-sensitive items can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective.

• Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration by the customer will void the return and refund eligibility.
